Customer Service:
Administrative Customer Service
Management is a customized
computer based two week
workshop program. The session
will consist of 80 instructional
hours (2 weeks). The
administrative customer services
curriculum is specific to various
employer operations.
The students will learn “case
management” procedures
pertaining to disability cases. The
curriculum will include such topics
as Opening/Maintaining legal files,
Initial Application and
reconsideration stages, appeals to
District Court and Appeals
Council, and fee’s agreements vs.
fee petitions. The course will also
include customer relations
techniques, career development
strategies, and keyboarding.
