Bronx Shepherds Restoration Corp.
(BSRC) a not for profit tax exempt
organization was established twenty
eight (28) years ago to empower the
community through a variety of
housing rehabilitation projects.
Throughout the years we have
expanded our services to include;
home ownership,weatherization
projects, literacy programs,
educational initiatives, senior citizen
services and training / employment
projects. Our employment services
include, employer linked workshops,
direct placement services and an
array of differentiated educational
services.

Together with our participating employers we have developed a unique and
rewarding employment initiative geared towards providing our clients with
high wage earnings in a variety of occupations. Our available occupations afford the
clients the opportunity to achieve their goals in the occupation of their “choice” and
interest. This specialized employment initiative is the BSRC’s “Project Success”
program.
The program will assist the participants in the elimination of the “barriers to
employment” by providing an array of support services and employment workshops.
All our services are provided at “no cost” to the participant. In order to enhance the
job retention probabilities BSRC will provide all our clients with Case Management
and Job Retention services.
